MANUFACTURING AND PAINTING
All towers manufactured in our facilities, before being delivered to the contracting customer, undergo a treatment called galvanization, thus obtaining a protective layer of zinc that protects it from corrosion. This treatment is followed by painting, usually alternating between white and red, with painting being an option for the customer.
GALVANIZATION
After its construction, in its raw state, the tower is immersed in zinc at a temperature of 460 degrees (galvanization process). After the process is completed, it is painted with a primer and finally with red and white, according to the standards.
